This Series 10 card shows a view of Winnipeg’s main street during the Labour Day Parade. The card was mailed to Burton-On-Trent, England on September 25, 1905, and received on October 9th.
This card is listed in the first edition of Mike Smith’s The W.G. MacFarlane Picture Postcard Handbook 1902–1910. Initially part of Series 10A, the series was renamed as 10 wen 10B was reassigned to the Canadian View Card Co. Below, the divided back card showing Winnipeg duplex and Burton-On-Trent cancels.
